For July, we’ll take a look a the early life of David from the Old Testament. We begin where the Bible first introduces us to a boy shepherd from Bethlehem. By any normal standards, he a pretty unlikely choice for the next king of Israel. But God doesn’t see by “normal standards,” God sees the heart. And God does the unexpected. Let’s discover what this might mean for our lives.
